Villa dei Faggi is located in Amandola, within a large estate with other two villas, but it is totally secluded and fenced with private pool, 1 km away from the other properties. It is in a very quiet and silent location, ideal plae for a peaceful holiday.

In the summertime, guests can easily reach the seaside resorts of our beautiful region. Le Marche enjoys numerous blue flags certifying the quality of the waters and services offered, the long coastlines of fine sand and small bays immersed in unspoiled seascapes.

From the Estate, thanks to its strategic location, guests who love nature and the outdoors will have the opportunity to explore the surrounding landscape through beautiful walking and mountain biking experiences.

The nearest beaches are Porto San Giorgio and Pedaso, about 50 km away. Moving a little further away, it is possible to reach San Benedetto del Tronto, capital of the beautiful Riviera delle Palme, an oasis of tranquility and well-being.

Villa dei Faggi consists of the main farmhouse, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people, and an independent annex with an additional 2 beds. The entire dwelling is characterized by spacious and elegant rooms furnished with period furniture.

The ground floor of the main house consists of a large living room with French doors that directly overlook the garden and the private pool with a Roman staircase.

On the second floor is another living room with dining room, fully furnished and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with single beds, and a bathroom with shower.

A wooden staircase leads to the second floor consisting of two double bedrooms, one of which is a passageway, and a bathroom with shower.
In the annex a large open space with large windows overlooking the garden, inside a living room, sleeping area and a bathroom.
